I bought a full set from Costco before Christmas. I have been careful with the care of the items.

A few of them have unremovable stains on the outside.

I have tried baking soda with vinegar and non-abrasive scrubbers to no avail. Please help?

I gifted some of the pots to my daughters because they had heard so much about the items as far as quality, etc. I don't like to be negative, but my experience has not been as I hope it to be.

It’s abysmal. I’ve written several times and I’ve gotten no response. I purchased and was charged for the product and they refuse to contact me to resolve the matter.

I still havent heard from anyone about the referenced order number or from the email below. I have been a loyal customer, have told family to purchase your products, and I hear nothing from you!

Not being able to talk with a live person is frustrating and is bad customer service.
Your shipping company is terrible. I called and told them not to deliver the package on a Sunday and they did anyway, and instead of trying to re-deliver it on a Monday, which I was assured they would, they returned the product back to you. I have heard no response from you concerning my email below which you need to read in order to have an understanding of what happened.
Please send the tea kettle to this address and have it delivered on a weekday when the package store is open. I also want a discount because of the great inconvenience you and the shipping company caused.

Had a problem with the delivery address. Caraway told me to call UPS.

I emailed Caraway back with the address for delivery because UPS won't change the address for a consumer. They need the business to call. Caraway once again told me to call UPS. I finally said okay, I'll try.

I called UPS. UPS said Caraway had a hold on the order and Caraway needed to call. By this time, it was too late to get the delivery to the correct address. It went to the wrong address.

Each time I emailed, I would get a different person who wouldn't look at the previous email and just give me a generic response. I tried to talk to a supervisor and 'Darian' (a supposed supervisor) responded once and, once again, provided the same generic response and had no care to get to the bottom of the issue. I will not be recommending Caraway to anyone.

I've already steered some people away from them and told them not to do business with them. How can they have such poor customer service with such a good product?!

Only Caraway knew I submitted the wrong address. I didn't say it in the review.

You told on yourself when you tried to "call me out." I have no shame I submitted the wrong address. It was an accident which I immediately tried to remedy. Caraway should have done the same and tried to help, which they could have by calling UPS instead of going back and forth with me telling me to call UPS.

That's what customer service is for. Thanks for your valuable insight, Rodrigo.

A live agent through chat got online after about 20 minutes and his English was so bad, the comments made no sense.

Apparently this is the new normal for the most expensive items sold online. No phone support.

Wrong tracking info. Can't log in to account to get order # or tracking # if you ordered through SHOP.com. If you get to the point of entry to SHOP to review order # and tracking #, still can't get help. Their website guides you to use chat box and we know how great THAT is.

Chat box offers a live agent, BUT THEY NEVER GET ONLINE WITH YOU. Now delivery date is 10 days later. Also, you can't highlight and copy order or tracking #.

Only an entire webpage can be copied. There went an hour of my day..
